Quarterly General Orientation
The Personnel Division conducted the Quarterly General Orientation of new employees, both plantilla and contract of service (COS), on the following dates:

SSS Service E-Wheels
The Social Security System (SSS) Congressional Branch has extended their mobile service to QCGH employees thru SSS E-Wheels on March 22, 2024 and October 3, 2024 held at the HB Hall, 9am – 3pm, and SB Hall, 9am – 3pm, respectively.
There were 120 employees who have availed of the services of SSS such as membership registration, voluntary membership, and verification of SSS records.

Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Application
The Pag-IBIG Fund Kamuning Branch has again offered their services for Loyalty Card Plus application, verification/updating of records, and loan applications to QCGH employees on October 3 and 10, 2024 held at the SB Hall from 9am – 3pm. One hundred six (106) employees have availed the services of the Pag-IBIG fund.

GSIS Pre-Retirement Orientation
This activity was conducted on June 26, 2024 at the SB Hall from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The resource speaker was Ms. Christina S. Agbayani, one of the Team Leaders of Claims Unit of Frontline Service Division of GSIS Quezon City Branch.
There were forty-six (46) employees who participated in the orientation. These employees were from 59 years old and up.

Messrs. Apo, Bueza, and Pesigan received their Career and Self-Development Awards during the flag raising ceremony at the Quezon City Hall on June 24, 2024. Mr. Evangelista will be scheduled to receive his award.
John Paul A. Calixtro, Office Aide of the Cash Division, and Michaela Joyce P. Miralles received their Career and Self-Development Award during the flag raising ceremony at the Quezon City Hall on November 28, 2023, for passing the Civil Service Professional/Second Level eligibility and Sub-Professional/First Level eligibility, respectively.
Rachell A. Somera, Office Aide of the Personnel Division, and John Paul A. Calixtro, Office Aide of the Cash Division, received a Career and Self-Development Award during the flag raising ceremony at the Quezon City Hall on July 25, 2023, for passing the Civil Service Sub-Professional/First Level eligibility.
