- Conduct of recruitment and hiring for plantilla positions
- Conduct of recruitment and hiring for contract of service (COS) medical and non-medical positions
- Conduct of onboarding and general orientation of new employees
Performance Management
- Implement Strategic Performance Management System (for permanent employees) and Contractual Appraisal Report (for COS employees)
Compensation and Benefits
- Print and review daily time records (DTR) for payroll
- Process application of leave of absence
- Prepare Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) and Step Increment
- Process applications for GSIS and Land Bank of the Phils. loans
- Process retirement and terminal leave benefits
Employee Relations
- Convene Complaints and Grievance Committee
- Convene Discipline Committee
Health and Wellness
- Issue monthly notice to employees for the Annual Physical Examination (APE)
Human Resource Information System
- Issue Service Record, Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Employment with Compensation, Certificate of Leave Credit Balance, and Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Process request for data and other statutory reportorial requirements
- Record incoming and outgoing communications
Separation
- Process applications of resignation, transfer, and retirement
- Conduct of Exit Interview
Other Services:
- Issue Office Identification (ID) card
- Process request for change of status/name
- Collect and check Monthly Schedule of Duty
- Collect and evaluate Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN)
