About Us:
The PDER Department is responsible in developing plans, programs and projects, budget, research like case studies and evaluation studies to be undertaken for hospital administration and operation. It provides orientation and staff development as well as supervision and evaluation of training programs for the hospital staff and student affiliates. It is devoted to foster a dynamic culture of continuously improving the healthcare system of the institution through a cost-effective budgeting scheme, strategic planning, and a sustainable manpower development program.

B. Post-Graduate Internship Career Path Orientation
This is a pivotal event designed to guide our Post Graduate Interns as they navigate their future career choices. During this engaging session, participants are introduced to a variety of medical specialties, each offering unique opportunities and challenges. Expert speakers from different fields share their insights and experiences, helping interns understand more of each specialty. This orientation also encourages our PGIs to reflect on their interests and aspirations ultimately empowering them to make informed decisions about their residency paths.

Our institution regularly holds comprehensive orientation sessions for students from different affiliated schools and of various disciplines, including medical clerks, nursing students, medical technology interns, physical therapy interns etc. These orientations provide them essential information about institutional policies and clinical expectations that these students will encounter during their rotations.

Our institution has collaborated with accredited training providers and started to offer regular Basic Life Support Training to our medical and non-medical employees. This comprehensive program covers critical techniques such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) usage, and relief of choking. Led by experienced instructors, the training combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.

This training covers the ethical, legal, and procedural aspects of death certification, ensuring that participants understand the significance of accurate documentation.
